How do I change my order?

To change your order, email us at [email protected] and specify the changes you’d like to make. Please note that changes can be made only within 24 hours after payment.

Can I cancel my order?

We can process cancellations for items that have not entered production, which is within 24 hours after payment. Email us at [email protected] with your order details, and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

Do you alert us once our order ships?

Yes, an email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order ships.

When will I get a tracking number?

A tracking number will take 5-7 business days to be generated, and an email with tracking details will be sent to you when your product is shipped out. If you don’t receive the tracking info via email after 7 business days, please email us at [email protected].

Why has the tracking status not been updated?

Tracking information may not update immediately, especially with registered airmail shipments. Rest assured, your item is on its way. If your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 days, contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

First, check the tracking info to see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but not received, allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late or scanned as delivered by mistake. Then email us at [email protected] regarding the whereabouts of your order, and we will check and update you on its status.

What’s the status of my order?

After a successful order, expect a confirmation email. You’ll also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, a third email with tracking information will be sent. The most recent information on your order is available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence. If you didn’t receive the status update emails, check your spam folder or promotions tab.

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?

Email us at [email protected] with attached photo(s), and we will send out a replacement within the appropriate timeline.

What is your return and refund policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy. We are committed to providing the best products and are happy to replace your order for the following reasons:

  1. The product is flawed.
  2. The print quality is poor.
  3. The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Email us at [email protected] with photos of the received product, and our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
