What is the expected delivery time for the buyer’s order?
Your product will enter the processing phase shortly after your order is submitted.
Processing Time:
– Once your payment is authorized and verified, your order will undergo processing, typically taking 2-3 business days.
– Orders are processed upon payment acceptance. Any orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.
– Order processing time excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
How Can I Track My Order?
Upon confirmation, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey. Please allow 3 – 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If your order with Standard shipping is still in transit 10 business days after the shipping date, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Order Queue
Once payment is confirmed, your order will spend 12 hours in a waiting queue before being sent for fulfillment. During this period, you can modify order details (size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.

Production Time: All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. A ‘business day’ refers to any day Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
Fulfillers only ship to a single destination. If you want to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with distinct addresses.
